Ever since the very first couple fell in love, people have been on the pursuit of finding love of their own. This journey, often difficult, is one we all can relate to. It's one of those super-hard, challenging things in life, like trying to figure out parenting, making an impact on the world, or simply finding happiness. There aren't easy answers, but you aren't alone in this journey. We, the authors of this blog, are often lost ourselves and are seeking cures and antidotes for the world of lovesickness. Some great research about attachment in romantic relationships has emerged, and we're here to break it down for you. We're going to do our best to explain how our early relationships affect how we date and mate (and love and hate). As college students ourselves, we are sifting through the research, gathering data from other college students, and passing along the most helpful bits and tips. We hope to help you understand yourself, your "lovesick" diagnosis, and any prescriptions that might aid your dating life!
